Helios’ principals have played and are serving a number of key roles in facilitating the growth of this emerging company. Helios established the core marketing infrastructure that enabled the company to grow at a 50% compounded annual revenue growth rate. Helios also has worked with the team of SAFL in vision, mission, and values exercises and tied all in to key executables. Applying this piece with our Integral CapOps™ has driven SAFL to take massive growth leaps within the last 12 months. Culture and growing in a way that nurtures and supports the unique SAFL culture is very important to the people of SAFL. SAFL is leading the charge to continue to develop sustainable and progressive programs for how it operates; what the company offers its customers; and what the company gives back to the areas it promotes.

SAFL is one of the only U.S. firms to have local operations and offices in South America. It is a company of travelers for travelers, which is one reason the company has some of the strongest testimonials in the market. Additionally, the team has done an excellent job in recruiting, rewarding, and developing talented people. Helios also developed the company’s sales and marketing strategy, expansion strategy, team-building initiatives, and core operational structure initiatives. Along with implementing a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and methodologies; these actions have set the foundation for rapid growth for all of the South American For Less properties.
